How to build confidence in myself when no one believes in me?

Like I don't know why but like 98% of people I know don't trust me or think I can do really anything. Like, especially my parents. I've started doing things without telling them because they try to do everything for me because they think I'll mess up somehow. No one in my circle has told me "I know you can do this" or anything like that. I'll say it to myself but it works only sometimes.

You got to keep them at a certain distance socially, because none-like minded people around you will influence you negatively. Millionaires hangout with other millionaires because they seek to make money as well. Entrepreneurs with Entrepreneurs. If you want to enter into the music industry it’s about who you know and opportunities. Someone not thinking like you and are comfortable where they’re at will not help you but hinder you mindset-wise. Birds of a feather do flock together. If trying to go somewhere in your life, the first thing to do is surround yourself with people that think like you.

You're on the right track when you start doing things for yourself. But try to do things that can boost your self confidence, like helping others for instance.
