I bought a house two years ago with my aunt who cosigned and I let my parents live inside the home. I did not live with them. I lived separately and a home that my parents on. I now want to move into the house and kick them out to go back to the home they own. My dad now wants to take me to court and make him pay for all the work. He’s done to my house that I own they was never an agreement. or contract, stating that he was going to do work to the house and I had to pay him back everything he’s done to the house he did that because he wanted to.
My question is, what can I do to prove in court I did not agree to the work he’s done to the house and I shouldn’t have to pay him back.

I am a landlord by trade. you need to hire a well-known real estate attorney versed in contract law. From a rental perspective, I have to show original condition, vacancy condition or ledger. I have to prove my case.
Your Dad would have to prove his. You will have to court remove him. He could destroy the place or "take back" all his work. Then there are all other kind of lawsuits to get your home back to original condition. You may have to go after their house etc. GET A REAL ESTATE LAW ATTORNEY. That's all I got... Family is a headache.
