Do you think there's something wrong in someone working for a little while and then taking a break?

That's what my brother did and no one cares.

He literally just worked as a student on internships, took a break and no one cares.

Which makes me wonder if perhaps you need to do what's best for you and not just do what everyone else is doing because it makes you feel bad if you don't do it too.

For example, most people aged 21-22 they're already working full-time earning so much money and here is my brother taking a break.

But he doesn't care.

I am confused. In terms of why wouldn't other peopel take a break how can people work for years and years and not take a break

I've been independent since I was 24, I literally cannot afford to take a break but if I could I would.

But don't people go crazy working and working for example, my job is all desk work.

I honestly feel I would go crazy if I worked for years and years without a break and it's not me being snobby it's me being confused as in how do people do it?
