Back in 2013, I was talking to my friend on Facebook. I forgot how it came up, but he said that the youngest girl he ever dated was 11. I'm not sure if he dated her, when he was a minor himself, or if he was an adult. I told his mom (who he lives with) about a year ago, because he has a niece he is around often. I just told his sister today, or at least I messaged he on Facebook saying that I was concerned for her daughter. I haven't got a response yet. My question is, should I tell his dad too who he lives with? I've only talked to him once the whole 11 years I've known him, so I don't know. Should I tell him too?

Consult an attorney and I am not one. You better be careful until you know the circumstances in detail. Hopefully, word does not get back to hi. This is how people get shot or hurt in fits of anger. I would not tell anyone but law enforcement. People get sued over stuff like this too.
And, I would keep my distance and not be associated with him... especially id you already told law enforcement. You did what you could do without crossing lines that should not be crossed without proof. Proof is the Police job...
Have you told the authorities?
Yes, they said they can't do anything, because this whole thing happened 10 years ago. They said if I have proof that he's doing things with minors then they would do something.
Man. Well after re-reading about the situation, maybe it’s better to keep it to yourself. Your age range is mid to late 20s, so if this conversation happened back in 2013, so it does make me wonder why all of a sudden you want to expose him to his whole family. Not only that, but you don’t know how old he was when this happened, so while yes dating someone 11 years old is absolutely disgusting, what if he were 12 or 13? I think you need to confront him yourself before exposing him with such an inescapable label as pedophile. So you can understand the situation before deciding your next move.
Also to clarify, when I say it’s absolutely disgusting I mean if he were even in his older teens, but being close in age isn’t a big deal.
