How to react if your mother is having an affair and giving you all her responsibilities over your siblings?

My family is been a messed always, this is not the first time my mom has an affair but before I didn't have to take care of my sister since she wasn't born, but now, my sister even calls me pretend mom, and I hate being around my mom, she would leave at night and sometimes not come back until next day night. Meanwhile my father is just ignoring the situation in order not to discuss my mother and end up in fighting, and he leaves me most of my sister work since, well, it's a girl, and I'm a girl and I should be able to help my sister better than he could due to she still being little.

Before it was about protecting my feelings and now same for my sister, tho they mentioned they will get divorced, my mom says she will not agree if she doesn't get her U. S papers first.

She just responds back and saying no one understands her, and if I don't help her out, she will take my sister at night party with her, and even said she would leave the house and take my sister with her, but I'm worried that my sister would see inappropriate staff as I did in my childhood for the same reason when my mom and dad lived in different places.

At the start of June my therapist called them, and a social worker came to talk to my parents, but didn't change anything, things that happened once a week started happening more often, and the social worker gave me a card but I ain't sure what I should tell her if I was to call her.
