I will soon be going into senior year, most of my life I have been pretty sheltered, so I don't have many friend to go with.. only one literally, I just have one friend and they go to a different school. My parents really want me to go because they never went to there prom, I really dont want to disappoint them, but would it be werid for me to go alone, I'm also not really into dances.
It depends on what it means to you. I had few friends in high school, ended up going with a girl who I knew, but where there was not romantic interest. Didn't really mean anything to me.
If it matters to you, go, but it doesn't NEED to matter
No it’s not weird to go alone. Over 65 % of the people at prom will feel just as nervous and out of place as you will feel. And you don’t have to dance, get eat food and talk to people. If you just decide to go and don’t have high expectations it will be chill.
When is prom?
if you want to, do. if you don’t, don’t. your parents will understand

I had girls fighting over taking me because I was in shape and healthy then but I still didn't go because I couldn't get a Bentley
I ended up spending the night with my girlfriend drinking champagne cocktails and doing the horizontal chacha
I personally never experienced it but I guess it depends, do you think you'll ever regret not going if you decided not too? I think it should all depend If you want the experience
So to clarify would you be taking your friend to prom or by yourself if you go?
Either way I'd say fuck it and go anyway
