Is it normal to be worried about my brother because he literally isn't good at anything?

My baby brother is 21 years old and I'm worried for him. He doesn't work yet, he can't do nothing in life, not even holding a basic conversation for a couple minutes, knowing basic math (adding, division, multiplication and subtraction), boil an egg, barely can take a bus, only knows basic changes if he memorizes the number and he is really weak for a man that can't open a can. The only reason he graduated from HS is because my mother (with help of her friends) used to do all his homeworks for him. He never did a single assignment. He can't even send an email, sign up on any application or do basic computer skills.

This is not for confident boasting purposes but I can literally beat him up if I were a bully and can still beat him at arm wrestling. Obviously given by what I've said he's a virgin but has expressed many times wanting a girlfriend. I'm super worried for him. Is my concern ok?

He can't do anything. We already took him to a psychiatrist and they found no signs of autism. He has a normal, healthy brain. They couldn't find anything wrong with him and even told us that he spoke good with them.

Maybe you should get a second opinion. The Dr's you brought him to don't sound very good honestly. They don't think it's strange that your brother can't do basic things. And when I say strange I'm not putting your brother down in anyway. I just find it weird that Dr's say he has a normal brain. Again not attacking your brother. Why do you mention that you can beat him up for? What does that have to do with his situation?

He can't even open an easy-open tuna can; those cans that all you have to do is peel the lid or open a soda bottle.

The last time we arm wrestled was just last year, I beat him easily (without even trying at 100% strength) and he felt bad, kept asking why he can't ever beat me at it.

He wanted to try. I told him it's all about practice and I can take him to a gym class. He wasn't interested.
Though now he does want to try gym after the Holidays.

You have a good point, esp on the 2nd sentence. We even took him to a neurologist where an brain MRI was done and nothing abnormal showed up. The results indicated a normal, healthy brain. So we're so clueless by now. We are at lost at what else to do.

The worst thing is doctors weren't able to find anything wrong with his brain. They told us he was well spoken with them and noticed nothing. His brain is ok and he has no autism. So my father is clueless in what else can be done. We've tried everything and nothing.

He has never been out on a date. He only has one guy friend that hangs out with him once in a while. Otherwise he's just with our parents and I... it's just the 4 of us in the household.

If he had that he would've been diagnosed with it long ago. He never was diagnosed with autism.

You could try certain exercises that rewire the brain

Yes that's how he always was. He learned to speak at a very late age.
