My dad has the habit of video calling people on our tv in the living room and sometimes I’m not in the mood to talk to others what should I do?

Tell him how you feel. Or next time he does the video call, say sorry I’m not in the mood to talk right now.

Tell him this. If he still does it, don't answer when you aren't in the mood to talk to other people.

He does it when we are sitting in the living room using the tv so they will be able to see me as it shows the entire room

Yeah so tell him to stop doing that. If he keeps doing it despite you telling him to stop. Just don't video call him anymore. At least not when you're not in the mood to talk to other people.
