when I get disappointed and heart break from a man, I be wanting to open up to him and cry but I always keep it inside and keep it to myself because I’m ashame. I’m 33 years old and I have anxious attachment style. I never open up and cry in front of my father about what I’m feeling and going through. Would he feel sad? I know he loves me but I never been that vulnerable in front of him. Same thing with my mom. My mom is judgmental when she gets angry so I don’t talk to her.

Yes, you should absolutely talk to your dad. That's one of the main reasons why he's there. Your age doesn't matter. You should go to him today. You will be glad you did. I promise you 3 things: (1) You'll be glad that you did. (2) You'll wish that you started talking to your father years sooner. & (3) You will feel much, much better afterwards.
Good luck & feel better. 💐 🌹🌹🌹
It's always good to have someone to talk when you're hurting the most. If that happens to be your dad, then why not? If he is the supportive type, then it may be a good idea to talk to him and get his opinion on things.
