Do I have a right to be super pissed at a guy for stealing my phone and calling in a bomb threat at school?

This was when I was in 8th grade. So I was about 15. I had my phone in the gym lockers and set it down. After I had left, I realized I didn't have it, and I went back to get it. It was nowhere in sight. Next day at school, someone called in a bomb threat. I was called to the office, and there were cops everywhere. There was like a sherrif or detective questioning me. I had no clue why he was questioning me, then it suddenly dawned on me. I was like "oooh yeah" the guy mocked me, and was like "oh yeah". Then I told him my phone was stolen, and the person who stole it probably called in the bomb threat. He didn't seem like he believed it, but they sent me back to class, and I never heard of anything from it again. Today, like 15 years later, I get a message on Facebook from a guy I knew. He told me that he stole my phone, and called in the bomb threat, and that he's really sorry. I mean, he was a kid, and kids do stupid stuff, but this was evil. I want to tell him to fuck off. I'm so pissed. What do you think?
