I just called him, 1.8% is right... but I need to say, im not into bodybuilding, I just have problems to eat enough every day (eating disorder), thats why I got so less fat...
@Dark93 Since it is based on strength idoubt it would say so. I mean if you are 80 kg and your max bench press is20kg then you aren'tvery strong=> not much muscular mass=> a lot of fat
I average 90kg and can bench 120kg for 1 rep max but that means fuck all towards boyfriend. Look at eddie hall huge beast of a guy can deadlift a ton but his boyfriend is usually fairly high due to high caloric diet. Your a fool to believe in this nonsense
It will calculate properly... because it is the muscle mass that it estimates and then the body fat weight is the difference between your weight and muscle mass. He will have hugh body fat. That doesn't have anything to do with strength. I am mot sure what you are trying to say.

It can't calculate it properly. Muscle and fat are not the only factors and strength has absolutely nothing to do with bodyfat

Then that is why it is not accurate for you. You must be able to lift at least 20 kg, the weight changes automatically if you look.

I just tried the site I can do 20 in the exercises it lists and I got 16 so it is probably right but how does it work
It calvulates you muscle mass bassed on your strength, then it makes the difference between that and your weight to get the amount of fat
