I think it is way in cooler climates bc nights can be chilly but equally in hot places buildings tend to be freezing so you can justify that way as well. I once wore sweaters and long skirts all summer bc the dorm was ice cold it was 90degrees out but my class was cranked and I spent the entire time indoors. Whenever I’d go down to get my mail roles tried to get me to delayer 😂
