Why do some of my coworkers (one male coworker included) keep trying to dress like I do?

It's a bit strange, and I do get it, sometimes people take inspiration from others, but some of these people are literally trying to find the same clothing as me - multiple times in a row.

It's a bit strange to me - and this male coworker is definitely doing it most (he's not gay, by the way.).
