@FriedChickeneisha who told you the contrary? its just that its like she lying to others by putting all those products on her face... when she looks nothing like that in reality
Why is she obligated to show her "real" face? As it was already said, she is not a product to be bought. It's her own damn face, she can do with it what she wants. Should people not be allowed to wear push up bras, wear clothes that flatter their body shape, or walk in stilettos? That's ridiculous!
@ShaeNielson ridiculous? really? why can't people accept themselves as they are? instead of being rude and get on the defensive mode when they hear the truth
It doesn't have anything to do with being "who you are" it's about you wanting people to be so insecure about themselves, that they don't dare to put makeup on, because what if he thinks she is too ugly whitout. I call bullshit.
I agree with Shae also and i've always been curious, why people think others are entitled to look "real" for them, I get sick of seeing people say things like "I can't even tell how she would look without it" well maybe her face doesn't revolve around you.
How is it any different than a man working out and getting really buff when he's normally thin, wearing nice clothes, using hair gel or those sprays that cover up bald spots/treatments for being bald or a girl wearing clothes that flatter her shape, getting her nails done, wearing extensions etc.
A lot of people do things to improve their looks and no one looses their fcking mind over it, like these people do over makeup, it's just odd to me.
That is really QUITE a big difference. I think it's deceitful, but at the same time, given how visual humans are, I think this deceit is a necessary evil.
SMH oh come on... it is obvious that the make up picture is taken in a completely different lighting and has been passed through who knows how many filters and photoshop. Even her Haircolor was "improved"
I will not say that is CHEATING, but its bit disgusting now looking at those 2 pictures they are very different, of course make up is not bad but it should have a limit, imagine you meet someone online then you saw them in real life you will be shocked.
Err, forget "deceitful," what about the damage it does to your skin - daily?
Don't women realize that "the more they use it," "the more they need it"?
That's how they get you hooked and dependent on it. Jeez.

Makeup is a great form of art. It can enhance someone's beauty. I think women who wear too much makeup not to tone it down but its fun wearing makeup. I only wear mascara and cover up for the dark circles under my eyes. If men feel cheated by their woman's real face then they need a reality check. Women are beautiful with and without makeup.

I'd hate to date somebody like that and see them without makeup and realize they aren't good looking anymore.
The difference in that picture is drastic. She's pretty good looking on the right and below average on the left. I can see why a woman wouldn't ever want to be seen without makeup once she gets into a relationship if it's that big of a difference.

The make up did more than enhance her. It make her an entirely new person.
I don't wear makeup and never have but when men say they feel cheated when she takes the makeup off and doesn't look the same. Well obviously not, she's wearing makeup. You should know she's gonna look different.
Yes, its very fucking deceitful and all the bitches that answered this poll saying no need to face the reality, makeup that makes you look 20x better than you really are is like having permanent adobe photoshop on your face day and night
Are you blind? She is grotesque in the before picture.
I don't look at it as deceitful since 9/10 times I'm not looking for anything other than a ONS. If a girl looks as bad as she does without makeup then please, for the love of god apply it.

I think it's so sad this question is coming from a girl. But I guess the stereotype that girls are catty Is true huh? Leave girls alone! Makeup is fun! Makeup is personal! Who is anyone to make judgements about other people?
I was not trying be catty. I was only asking because I have heard guys discuss this topic. The reaction is basically the same as the guys on here. I see nothing wrong with make up, I wear it, not that drastically, but I do wear it. I was not judging her she looks beautiful either way. Plus, I have posted questions about myself with and without make up. Not being catty, just evaluating something for my personal validation. Sorry to offend.
Women wearing makeup any time is deceitful. They are pretending to be much prettier than they actually are. A guy going after a girl because he is attracted to the way she looks with makeup on isn't getting what he signed up for. Stop pretending to be pretty.
And if he doesn't know my lashes aren't naturally long, thick and black or that I weren't born with shiny pink lips, then he is too stupid to even have a girlfriend.
Most girls who wear makeup regularly will openly admit that they're wearing makeup, so I wouldn't call it deceitful at all. If they feel more comfortable leaving the house with makeup on then there's nothing wrong with that.

damn! that's a lot of makeup and that's definitely too much and she looks VERY different without it it looks like false advertising in this case
False advertising? She's not a product to be bought. She's a woman

Of course it is. For example:
media2.s-nbcnews.com/.../...today-inline-large.jpg
Today show host... she is 60... but with makeup she looks like she is in her late 30s... without makeup, her age shows.
Without makeup a lot of women wouldn't be attractive
The photo on the left is not just makeup, that's photoshop hun. From your last sentence you sound very shallow.
How is that shallow? I want women for their NATURAL beauty... not because of their makeup.
"Sweat pants, hair tied, chillin' with no make-up on. That's when you're the prettiest, I hope that you don't take it wrong."
lol holy fuck it's like a different person
SMH oh come on... it is obvious that the make up picture is taken in a completely different lighting and has been passed through who knows how many filters and photoshop. Even her Haircolor was "improved"
Lol... this is most dislikes I have ever seen on a post XD

Hey, I'd wear it too if it wasn't taboo for guys to wear makeup. Just saying. =P
Not all that glitters is gold.
If a girl is average without makeup, I'm fine with her, because she'll look above average with makeup.
Average face and above average character for the win.

my skin isn't too great (not bad either) so i just like to cover that up. nothing really changes when i put on makeup. my skin just looks clearer.
if he thinks that women NATURALLY has pink cheeks and smokey eyes, he is too young for you bro.. too young..

oops i meant to thumb this up!
Depends on how much make up they are wearing. The chick in the picture looks almost completely different ex for the hair and eyebrows.
It's only deceitful when you look like 2 completely different people.

Yup. Onetime I woke up next to a tinder date and was like "uh I have to go now"
LOL... you are a meanie.. !!!
@cinderelli you have no idea, she really caked it on. She was a blatantly different person without it.
haha.. alright. well i get it.. asker put a good pic to show how makeup can change a person's appearance.. :)
Uh well, Im not a product you can buy, Im not obligated to show you what you're getting. Have some self respect.
And if he doesn't know my lashes aren't naturally long, thick and black or that I weren't born with shiny pink lips, then he is too stupid to even have a girlfriend.
