This guy keeps texting me!!! he was pestering me for my kik, now he wants my number. How Do I Get Rid Of Him?

I met this guy this year at my high school because we have a class together. Before I've never see him in the halls or anything so I didn't know him. I'll admit when I first meet people I act on the vibes I get or if I spoke to them once before an their attitude. This guy like I said never met him before but he claimed he see's me all the time. When he introduced himself I was just looking at him like he's crazy. The reason is because if he sees me all the time why didn't he talk to me then? I was just thinking y talk to me now? He wasn't even in my group in that class either. So everyday he's constantly approach me talking to me about stuff ( wasn't paying him any attention) he would ask me for my kik on the daily. So I got tired of him asking an gave it to him. He wanted to go out an. I just wasn't attracted to him. I gave him a try even though I knew I wasn't interested. An id catch him flirting with other girls which didn't bother me (I wasn't into him anyway) so I told him it wasn't going to work. Mostly all boys at my school are like this can never be loyal to one girl. So I deleted his kik off my list. An he texted me that same day it came up because I didn't block him. Now he just texted me asking. Me what I'm doing an he still keeps texting me an. I keep giving dead end answers. But he's not getting it. I tried being mean most people say I'm rude but hey! I gave him a chance he messed up. An I just don't get why people. Who see me all the time wait so long to talk to me.

First off, if you gave this guy a fair shot and you don't want to be with him, it's not rude to say so. You don't have to date anyone. Just because he wants you doesn't mean you owe him a date or anything.

I would be upfront. Deleting him, blocking him or ignoring him is not going to send the message. You need to be honest and tell him the truth. That is the only way he is going to get it. I know it can be hard to tell the truth, and you might feel bad. But it's worse to not be honest and have this guy continue to think he has a chance.

Just tell him like this "Listen, I have been doing a lot of thinking and I just don't think I'm interested in seeing you anymore. I just don't feel like we have a connection and I don't want to waste your time." See what he comes back with. Hopefully he will respect your decision and move on to another girl.

He could have waited a long time because he's shy. Or maybe he wasn't sure if he was interested at first? It's hard to know without knowing him. But people do things for all different reasons. It can be scary to go up to someone and ask them on a date. So maybe he was just trying to work up the courage.

Then I would definitely block him. I use the Mr Number app, and it was free from the Google Playstore. It blocks text messages and calls from people. I know it might seem mean, but you have been honest with him and he just doesn't get it.

It's worth a try he told me he's going to text me tomorrow. He asked what I was doing an I said nothing then he told me what he was doing when I didn't ask. It's so aggravating.
