In your own words, what is the best way to kiss somebody or be kissed by somebody?

One of the most powerful elements of good kissing is the ability to build anticipation. Anticipation can release adrenaline; it can get a person's heart racing, get their nerves firing, it can get them wanting things so badly that they feel like they are going to explode if it doesn't happen.

You want to get them wanting it, get their body expecting it to happen, and then pull away. Let them feel it, feel how close they are to getting it, feel the breath, the heat, but not let it happen. They will want it more. Then get closer. Maybe brush their lips with yours, but don't kiss them. Hold it there, making them want it. Then move your head, maybe kiss their neck instead. Get closer. Hold the back of their head firmly. Tilt their head, move in... make their body scream to be kissed. Make everything else fade away except that desire. They won't hear any sounds, they will only hear their heartbeat, and your breathing. Every nerve in their lips will be on fire wiring to be triggered. Their entire brain will be focused on it.

Do it right, and there will be nothing in their world except their wanting of that release. And when you do let them release, do it hard, with passion, with your soul. They will melt.

The only thing I would add on to this is when I feel something. There has been a time where I anticipated a kiss and we both built a lot of anticipation but when the kiss came I felt absolutely nothing. I kept kissing her to see what I was missing and before she left I stole one more kiss just to make sure but... Nothing. there have also been times where very little anticipation was built, but based off the kiss alone I knew I'd be spending quite some time with that person.

I kinda like when he catches me off guard. Like the most memorable kiss I've had with him, the one that I think about the most often is once when I was just about to leave the house and I'd hugged him goodbye and put my coat on and was just about to open the door when he put his hand on my wrist and pulled me in and then pressed me back against the door and put his hand on my chin and tilted it up and kissed me and I'm pretty sure I spontaneously combusted.
