What's the best way to initiate kiss on a date if you are on the shy side?

My date seems to be smitten with me though I do not want to sound bold or overconfident, I am far from that, we have kissed on our first date and it was perfect even though it was my first proper kiss.

What I want now is to kiss him the best way I can, but I dunno how to approach him without being awkward? Please help.

How to compliment the guy would be also helpful for me. I feel so unsure when I'm talking about intimacy or when I show how I feel.

Compliments- You can use an "I statement". Example; "I really love it when you suck my nipples." Ion this case, you are thanking him for the effect it has on YOU. If something doesn't have a direct effect on you, you can just say something like: "You seem so good at keeping your yard looking nice," or whatever.

Kiss-
Well, you COULD "take a bull by the horns" so to speak and just tell him, "I liked our first kiss so much, I'd like to take our time for our second", and then just "frame" his head with your hands and lay a long, lingering smooch on the lucky guy!
If you are REALLY up for it, just grab him, hold him face-to-face and say, "Let's avoid the suspense, already", and give him a smack.
If you are still shy, you can just snuggle up with him. Every once in awhile, resnuggle a little bit, maybe tilt your head up a few seconds and hope he is less shy than you and will take the hint. Good luck.
