Why she walked behind me?

girl and i were flirting for months everybody noticed that we like each other. We stopped talking for a while then she tried to be around me until i talked to her again she acted angry at first but then she acted super happy and sweet she would stare deeply into my eyes and smile when i talk. Then things happened again and we stopped talking. And i dont see her anymore then she started to act all nervous when she sees me. Then i found out she is dating someone else. So i gave her what she wanted i backed off i dont wven look at her when i pass her by i would look down or walk away. Few months later today i was walking to a train station i felt someone walking really close behind me i stood waiting for the train and looked it was her she looked down and walked away she didn't need the train and a strange look on her face like she wanted to say something. Why did she do that?

I feel like she does want your attention but not as a attention seeker or as they put it on this site... I think some females are genuinely interested it's circumstances that make us shy and awkward behaved with guys we want.. it's dumb I get it... but in her head she'll risk looking odd unknowingly, rather sound stupid... it's odd but it's true. I hide from the guy I want so bad cause when it comes to him on get so insecure.. then I dash off once my insecurities take over.. I know I want to be around him, whole heartily but it's difficult if he's not receptive

Your answer does make sense i did that with girls before but what i don't understand is why she date someone else if she truly wants me i didn't date any girl when i was flirting with her i was only intersted in her which made me look stupid now

Not stupid... no never. She most likely dated someone else because she felt as if you and her weren't going anywhere.. Theater the problem with trying to play it "cool".. u have to understand she didn't fall for the guy who ignored her, strong yet silent type.. she want the cute clingy needy of her attention guy you once we're said and did the little things to make her smile/happy that kept her at once made her strive to be yours, but you stop being the person she fell for and that scares the shit out if her and now she doesn't know how to approach you and it hurts

She'd be able to tell you. Say something to the effect of "I like you but whenever we get close to each other you back away. What's up with that?"

Being stubborn lol. Actually I believe in God especially when im going through a tough time. Somehow believing in higher power and having spiritual connection make me feel better. Maybe because I have no support system. Can't relay on Family friends or gfs. attention seeking whores lol. Me and a guy flirted intensely for 2 years but I was too nervous to respond when he came near even though I loved him and he tried so hard to show me he liked me... and the worst thing is I think he thought I was dating a male I worked with when I did not like him at all.
