What do you do when a guy won't stop messaging you?

Hi! A friend of mind has a problem: there is a guy in her class and he sort of low-key stalks her. He won't stop messaging her the most random stuff. She really doesn't like it. How can she make clear she is not interested?

She needs to stop responding or reacting to his messages in any way whatsoever. Give him no attention at all, none, zero, nada, zip. She should act as if he is completely invisible, he can't be seen, he can't be heard. If he messages her or speaks to her she should pretend it never happened.

Ignore him. And if that doesn't work (cos some people are THAT dense), she should tell him directly that she doesn't like how he's messaging her all the time and that he should stop.
And if that still doesn't work, the last resort would be just to mute him or straight up block him.

block his number and if its on facebook, block himmmm. or she can tell him directly that she's not interested and in my opinion you should go with her and probably bring another guy with you for safety. you wouldn't know what he'll do if he gets rejected..

Tell him she's not interested and then COMPLETELY ignore and/or block him. He will stop eventually but I'm guessing she makes the mistake of responding to his messages if he keeps doing it?
