Thanks guys. So basically a coworker got my phone number from the signature in our work emails. She had sent me a "nice to see you" email after a meeting earlier in the day. Then she sent me a random text message asking if I had a brother. She works at a different corporate office so I mistook her for being someone else at work with the same name. I finally found out it was her. But yes, it was weird.
