Why do I have no friends or guys flirting with me?

I’m being 100% honest here I think I have a really good personality (because of childhood trauma lol) and I’m quite attractive. I’m nice and funny and try my best to listen to EVERYONE in a convo and make everyone feel included and not ignored. I have a small frame with a nice bubble butt and a pretty face. If I look so good like everyone says and I have a great personality then why do guys RARELY flirt with me and how come some girl is already gossiping and talking shit about me at my new job when I tried my hardest to be kind to her :/ I want to have fun this summer but I moved and making friends is so hard no matter how hard I try to get over my social anxiety and be nice. Why does no one want to be friends with me. I know guys and girls think I’m attractive but why don’t they flirt or wanna be friends when I try to be friends. Some girls talk to me but just don’t seem all that interested in being friends. I have made 1 really pretty nice friend though. Should I approach girls differently if I want to be friends?

It's because they don't understand a person like yourself that from you description seems very down to earth.
I was always told of my looks personality etc. Your the top so you pick what guy you want.
