So for almost 6 months I've been in the same class with this girl. And I like her very much, not just as a friend.

She always laughs about my bad jokes (and good ones too) and touches my leg, arm or hair whenever we sit next to each other. Also she always "wraps" my arm around hers when walking side by side.

So a couple of days ago she asked/told me very unexpectedly: were just friends (, right?). Not sure how she exactly meant that. And as stupid as I am I said: yeah, sure.

Do you think I should make a move, or just see how it goes?

I think she was wanting you to correct her. 😂 Then again, it could be that she doesn't want a relationship. You'll have to ask or live without answers for the rest of your life.
