Girls, is it generally true that guys can increase their chances of getting a girlfriend by improving their flirting skills?

Obviously there are some things a guy has no control over such as a girls dealbreakers or if she’s in a bad mood or just not ready for a relationship etc. but generally can a guy improve his chances by learning how to flirt well?

For me it’s not flirting but emotionally evocative statements and “hitting on you” sentences, you have to appeal to her emotions and not talk about sex. Cause men who want sex are as common as flies and won’t get her attention.

sure it will do some improvement since it works for some girls.. as long as it is not explicit/sexual flirting, that is more for casual sex xP.. though, I'd say just making the girl comfortable/relaxed/having a good time overall is what is important. For some it will include flirting, but it can be other things too.
