I have this friend in college who I find physically attractive, but our conversations usually revolve around assignments and exams, we usually have these weird silences where we don't know what else to talk about. He does do this thing where he playfully bumps or pokes me, or touches my shoulder when telling me "yeah I'm sure you did okay in the exam", sometimes he shakes me haha. I don't know but I think he's just that touchy in a friendly way in general, but I find myself feeling stupid by considering it to be flirty. I really want to get over the attraction because I doubt we click, I just find him physically attractive. So I've been thinking about telling him to stop with the touching because he's good looking and I don't want to think that he's flirting, I'm curious about what he would say. Kind of stupid I know, but man it's annoying being constantly bumped by a cute guy that you're pretty sure isn't into you haha.
Better Tell him because I’ll tell you one thing dudes Hate it when they give a girl attention the sexual attention and the girl doesn’t return the attention first it’s the attention eventually it turns to doubt then Disbelief then hatred and Anger and abandonment it has stages to it best give him attention back before You start failing exams because he doesn’t wanna be around you or see you ever again because you never Returned the sexual attention.

Sounds like physical touch is his love language and words of affirmation is yours?
The art of relationship building through conversation is a lost art. There are plenty of websites with relational questions you could use to build a discussion.

Don't play games. Touch him back if you want. Take him to your place or his place or somewhere else that is private enough so you can make a move.
Whatever... I guess she doesn't like me after all... if she ever really did like me...
Well you won't "get over it" for starters lol. Not if it's genuine and real interest. You don't just stop. Especially if you see them all the time or have a friendship.
