Guys, do you think he's actually interested in me?

After weeks of flirting (staring, sitting so close to me with shoulders touching, teasing me, etc) this guy who works in my building finally asked me to hang out. As it was just the 2 of us, I thought it was going to be a date, but we ended up going for coffee. I was a bit surprised, because even though he initiated going out, he didn't pay for my coffee and was quite a different from the way he is at work. like despite a quick one arm hug to say hello and goodbye, he didn't touch me at all or did anything blatantly flirty. i actually touched his arm twice and he didn't seem to react. I then thought maybe he was just looking for company. i told him i might be leaving the job and he said please don't go, i asked by asking why, are you gonna miss me, and he said yes. and then a few mins later he said no but seriously please dont go. we were then talking about our different cultures and i mentioned we dont celebrate Christmas where im from so i was never given a gift for Christmas, and he said this year ill make sure you do. when we were leaving he said we should do this more often. and i said and what is this exactly, and he said b*tching about work. i went home not really understanding what this whole thing was or if he's even interested in me. what do you guys think?

Sounds like he is somewhat interested but it's too early for him to admit any feelings of attraction or more.
