I think someone asked a similar question like this previously but no worries. He obviously likes your chest and is intrigued by it and may harbor sexual attraction for you. The girlfriend may have a smaller chest and feel a bit insecure about her boobs and does not appreciate her boyfriend looking so she will get snarky. While he probably loves his girlfriend, he is a red blooded male and guys like boobs.
Well, he likes you and thinks your hot, but he is a real douche and he'd probably do the same thing to you if you were dating him.

Usually someone who treats his girlfriend in that manner is a very disrespectful person. could not trust anyone like that with my personal thoughts. I hope he is not thinking that he is making her jealous but he probably does. And he is using you to make her jealous. This would concern me greatly and I would be putting distance between all of them. There is nothing "harmless" or acceptable by this behavior. I would be very careful and watchful if I was you. there is no telling what that girlfriend may do to you on social media etc.
I would seriously consider going the other way from both of them for a long while. Your "friend" is putting you in a really bad situation !!!
