Does she like me more than a friend?

Hope I don’t sound bad but I wanted to know if this girl likes me or not- she’s actually in a relationship already though.

I get a vibe she likes me but at the same time she is a really nice person and I don’t know if it’s her being her. I see her a short while every day and we have sort of become friend through this. We also have another couple of friends in our group.

basically while waiting for our dogs (it’s a dog day care I see her at) I feel like she will stand closer to me than others, we are nearly touching or actually touching and I feel that she moves gradually closer to me. I’m sure it’s not me doing it! Sometimes when walking we bang into each other because we are that close.
She will tell a story to me and then put her hand on my arm or shoulder acting dramatic but again it’s not something I’ve seen her do with others but I don’t know if we are just more friendly? Also when talking I noticed that even though we stand side on so we are looking at the door to see when to go get our dogs, she then turns so her whole body is facing me. She has asked me to go to this club thing, just her and me but I couldn’t go. We sometimes do ‘doggie walks’ all together - I noticed last time she was there with her guy and sat across from him, her body language was closed off to him and I could see her leg bouncing under the table- maybe just anxiety at friends meeting, I don’t know.

Again I don’t know if this is just her friendly personality- not sure how you can tell with someone who is friendly whether there is more to it?
