I go back and forth about this. I think most women are either just socially clueless people, or they don't realize that what they're doing is extremely inconsiderate.

Because we'd go extinct as a species if we didn't. Cockteasers can be actually much more forward in their signals than women who are not interested.

Because you have to understand flirting to woman is not always serious.
