How to not be depressed and compare myself to his wife?

I saw this quirky quiet guy at my job who came to visit his mother often and I understand he’s nice to everyone because his mother is in their care. I’m just the housekeeper and he was nice to me, consistently spoke to me, waved from across the room. He started a couple conversations and complimented my shoes and he has tried to be in proximity. Deep down I think I was at times a bright spot in his day especially with his mother… I loved how nice and quirky he is.. or the fact he was so present I thought he was a good guy and I really wanted to talk to him and I honestly thought it was a slow build..

he was all I talked about and I honestly loved seeing his car.. I kind of stepped back because my coworker and him seemed to also be familiar and I thought it was just us…

I ended up quitting and stayed hours waiting for him to come out after I got my check just to say bye and how I felt but he just said bye and drove off leaving me outside in the dark alone outside the facility. He didn’t even wonder where I've been

i I cried and hit major depression and I snooped and found out that he had a wife… she was beautiful.. they had their engagement photos, she proudly claimed him.. he created a haven for her and I just fell apart… he chose her. He loves her.. while I was just a moment in his day. A distraction

I can’t stop comparing myself to her
