Why would a guy avoid walking past you?

When a guy avoids walking past you, what's that mean?

I thought we were cool, no hard feelings once our friendship ended not so great. I got feelings for him and told him I couldn't just be friends with him. But at school I see him lookin around as if he's lookin for me then he completely did a 360 when we were walking in each others direction! It kinda hurt. I don't understand. Guys what do you say about his actions. He's a very very manly guy so his actions confused me.

Sounds like he's scared of confrontation. But why? Why is he scared to see you or you see him if he had no feelings ? Maybe he does but doesn't want to admit it

Confrontation is inevitable though. We will wall by each other or see each other. Eventually because we go to the same school . I would think to just say hi or had the courage to just. All by would be easier then going out of your way to avoid it.

It wasn't something That's just forgettable. We both cared about each other, shared intimate conversations over bottles of wine. He'd text every holiday and wish me luck in finals and in New opportunities that came my way. He'd ask for my help, my advice, and the only problem was I developed feelings. To think that he wants nothing to do with me really really sucks. Because I wish him nothing but the best!

I was in the same situation as you, I developed feelings and I told her and she just didn't care for me the way I cared for her, she didn't want anything to do with me either and it took a LONG time for us to get back where we could talk to each other...so I say just give it time

Much better. I will, its kinda hard because out of sight out of mind, but he lives down the street and same college. I have been much happier since I ended that type of relationship with him though. I'm such in a happier state of mind, and all I really want to do is start an actual friendship with him but I feel that it's tainted because of our past. I hope he starts missing my friendship soon. I sure miss his.

Yeah I guess. The best thing I can do is just make it not awkwardly when it does happen. What do you suggest I do when we do cross paths? I kinda just wished it happened when it was going to and got frustrated when he avoided me.
