How do I flirt with the coffee guy?

So I'm kind of clueless at flirting. I'm fine if I'm texting someone, but in person it just seems weird, fake, or forced and I feel like an idiot. Well anyway I have a slight crush on my coffee shop guy. What are ways I can flirt with him without being too obvious? Or would I just seem weird to flirt with the guy that makes my coffee? I go to this coffee shop a lot so I don't want to make a fool of myself, and have to never return. Thanks

REmember he's used to customers hitting on him, so he might just be annoyed. Take it very easy and lightly. compliment his haricut or shirt while you're ordering, and don't smile too widely. Stay calm and just a little distant so you don't frighten the poor guy!

Don't press it until you get some response from him, or he may call the manager on you!

it is easy cause that's all people do at coffee shops (hang out and talk) just don't go at a busy time(mornings). Find something to talk about.. ask where he got his cool gauges or ask what does his tattoo mean:P

But this is the guy behind the counter. I can't just hang out and talk to him. It would have to be a quick flirt when I got my coffee (I get it to go). I also don't want to bother him if he's working because that's annoying.
