its like the least attractive thing you can be called aside from the word ugly. so guys is it true that cute is like a lesser form of pretty. I have only been called pretty twice but majority of the time I get called cute and I hate to admit it but sometimes I get offended. my friend who is super attractive always gets attention and she's really pretty. today some guy walked past her and said "wow" I'm not hating on my friend I love her she's a lovely person but I denitely feel insecure walking with her since she gets a lot of attention from men and I get nada., where as if I'm walking alone by myself the attention falls on me. I guess I'm confused wtf am I man.

U guys didn't make me feel better at all! All I gathered through this is that being called cute is always second rate and you lot proved this, retread what you lot sent me and tell me I'm not right in thinking this. Personally I actually find that different women fit different descriptions. You have cute, pretty, beautiful and hot, in my mind all of them are equal but different appearances merit different descriptions.

A girl who is "cute" is usually small with a more rounded face, think Emily Osment.

A girl who is "pretty" is of average height with smaller or average sized eyes, think Gina Carano.

A girl who is "beautiful" has larger eyes and a thinner face with more pronounced cheekbones, think Jordana Brewster.

A girl who is "hot" has an aggressive look with very small eyes, think Megan Fox.

All of these women are very attractive (if you ask me) so the specific word I use to describe their looks doesn't suggest one is more attractive than the other.

Well it sounds like you're pretty attractive too, so you two may have different taste in clothes and how you fashion them.
