Guy looking me up and down/checking me out or just noticing my sweater?

This guy was talking to me and it was like he couldn't keep his eyes off mine, kept leaning toward me, talking to me (winked at one point), etc.

Also, he legit looked me up and down at one point.. I *think*. He remarked on my sweater - wool and it getting wet in the rain and not working so well (ugh haha) - but I don't think that was the reason for looking. A glance is all you really need to tell about my sweater, and it didn't *feel* like he was looking just to see what type I was wearing.

I'm not sure he was *looking me up and down* in that sense but his eyes definitely traveled down and then back up again and not very quickly. It wasn't like "hey baby" checking me out - I think maybe he was trying not to get caught, not *wanting* me to see - but yeah. Or maybe he didn't even realize he was doing it. And everything was covered, it's not like I was showing anything. Thoughts?

I should note, he's pretty flirty with everyone in general, but yesterday was *different* as far as I could tell. He was talking to his pretty coworker and me and facing me pretty much the whole time.

So update - I remembered, when he checked me out it seemed not on purpose - like he was talking to me and suddenly his whole face went slack and it was like he couldn't help his eyes traveling downward, mouth open-ish. Make a difference do you think?

Even though I'm pretty sure I looked really blah that day and it was bulky not showing anything (I don't think)?
I mean he looked down and then just kept looking a little too long. I was thinking "wait are you looking at my chest?" It's weird how we can tell what someone's looking at without turning to look ourselves haha. Kind of cool.
