If yes or no please explain.
Chicken burger and chicken sandwich, are they not the same thing?
If yes or no please explain.
Well, a "burger" is usually made from ground meat, while "sandwich" gives you a little more leeway. A burger is a subtype of sandwich; a chicken burger is a chicken sandwich, but the reverse may not be true.
To be called a chicken burger I’d say the chicken has to be ground. If it’s a whole piece of chicken breast or thigh, then it’d be a chicken sandwich.
It's a matter of where you live, Americans call chicken burgers, sandwiches. In the UK we just call them burgers.

No. A chicken burger is ground and a sandwich is a fillet. Both are cooked differently which changes the flavor
I would think a chicken burger is ground chicken, where a chicken sandwich is generally whole or processed chicken breast often breaded and fried.
A chicken sandwich is more likely to be served cold. A burger is a sandwich, but with certain expectations.
The size and shape of the bun is the only difference, and maybe the ingredients.
Yes they are
