Is caffeine dependency a thing for you?

Whatthefluff
I've gone with and without caffeine at different times. Over the fall I might have only had coffee a few times a week, and diet coke half those days.
Now I am back on caffeine with Monster zero, coffee, and Mio energy. I do think it increases my anxiety levels, but I feel it is a necessary evil.
I work full-time in a rather high-traffic fast food location, and am additionally a student with a 15-credit semester coming up.
At work, my shifts change so some days I might work until 2 in the morning, and other times be clocking out at 4, 5 pm.
I have been sleeping through the mornings lately and consequently might feel groggy while getting ready for work. So I have a case of Monster drinks in the car and crack one open at 4pm if I'm set to work until 1 am.
At this point, I think caffeine is a necessity considering my lifestyle and energy levels without use. I know it's not very good since I don't drink enough water and it increases dehydration. And as I said, I do see my anxiety levels increasing at times they might otherwise have not.
But I don't know how to set about doing what I need to do without a boost for energy and concentration.
