What is your favorite ice cream sandwiches?

Ok, here's mine (as promised): Regular vanilla, chocolate chip, mint, neopolitain, s'mores, and pumpkin. I'd have to say cookie ice cream sandwiches as well.

I had a waffle ice cream sandwich at the CNE when I was a kid and loved it. It wasn't the best sandwich I had but it had a unique sweet flavour that I liked. When I saw waffle ice cream I mean two waffles with ice cream in the middle.

Just like I told Wish, some places use actual bread for their ice cream sandwiches. But I'm sure it's more of a sweet type of bread. Wafers is a good idea too.

there's ice cream sandwiches with different flavors of ice cream or "bread" part. I actually just figured out some places do use bread for an ice cream sandwich, not kidding.
