Ploughman's lunch, yah or nah?

It's a classic lunch, crusty bread, slices of ham, big wedges of cheese, onion, apple, a pint of beer and perhaps a little salad. Just what you need for a good days ploughing.

So yeah or nah?

Yah, I like it for lunch

Yah, But it's an evening snack

Isn't that just an unmade sandwich

Nah, not my thing

I've never had one

I'm not eating one until it's renamed ploughpersons lunch

It's more or less the ingredients of a ham sandwich, and I prefer to eat it in that more user-friendly configuration. Most of my lunches are eaten in the car or on a job site, so having a big table spread is impractical.

I spent some time in England, and I sometimes had a Ploughman's for lunch. That was back in the days when you could have a pint or two for lunch... not any more.

I've never had it, but it looks delicious. Doesn't matter whether you make a sandwich out of it or not.

I think it would be to heavy a lunch for me, I would be in the Adirondack chair and out like a light if had that. Never get anything done.
