I'm a snacker. I can't eat big meals, so I'll eat more smaller once during the day - when I can.
My breakfast was oatmeals as usual - this time with cinnamon, cumin, grounded ginger, skyr, protein powder and apples - got work today so I've to have a solid foundation for the day. Never know if I get much to eat there tonight.

This morning, 2 slices of toast. Fruit bowl. A cup of tea with milk and sugar. And a glass of juice. That’s it.

Most days I only eat dinner and that is usually somewhere between 7 and 8pm. That is during the work week. On my days off I sometimes eat around 2pm and maybe have a snack later of some cashews, a cereal bar, or something light like that.
I typically eat my heaviest meal in the morning. My second heaviest at lunch and the lightest meal at dinner.
Although, if I am outside cutting, splitting and piling wood then usually breakfast and dinner are heavy and lunch is light.

Today was:

Snack: protein brownies i made.
can't find much to eat sometimes..I do it ass wise, breakfast should be the biggest meal , but because of time , dinner is my pig-out meal.
My heaviest meal is dinner most of the time but I’m hungriest in the mid afternoons 2-4 hours post lunch.
My breakfast is always lighter so I can have good space to fill my stomach with heavy lunch. 😅

Lightest- Eating nothing all day except drinking water.

I never eat breakfast. I usually don’t have the energy to cook until lunch.
