Usually, I grocery shop maybe twice a month as my housemate and I are on fixed incomes. We usually buy bread, hotdogs, kool-aid, mashed potatoes, fruits, canned veggies, flour, sugar, eggs, pizzas, soda, and other stuff I want to use to cook things. I usually have it delivered through Walmart Plus, but sometimes I go to my local grocery store just a half mile down the road.
My family does mini grocery buys once a week and compulsory buys once a month or so. A mini buy might be visiting the store to get oranges or bred and a mandatory buy would be going for essentials like chicken, beef, pork, milk, cheese, tomatoes, carrots, potatoes etc… we don’t buy rice that often cause we order humongous bulk bags that last months or years. They are cheaper in bulk and we have a car cause my dad earns a lot.

Every two to three days, because I want fresh bread and buns. Grocery items would be too many to list, I like variation for my cooking.
Once a week. I try to keep it under $100 a week if I can but that’s not always a viable option. it seems every week I have to buy milk, tomatoes, onions, frozen fruit, and OJ. But I also end up getting rice, beans, potatoes, and chicken pretty often. Used to get it delivered when I was working graveyard shifts. But now it’s faster (and cheaper) to just go to the store myself.

I usually grocery shop once a week. Sometimes, I do it more than once if I need to go to more than one store (due to work schedules and such, sometimes it's best to break it up and do one store at a time/day). I typically buy water, fruits, unsweetened applesauce, cat food, bread/buns, chicken (various kinds - breasts, patties, etc.), potatoes (to make mashed potatoes or baked potatoes), yogurt, pizza, and usually a treat item or two (natural frobert for example).
at the moment we are kind of limited to how we can cook so we have to get some frozen foods. bread. bagels. cheese. chips. granola bars. we only go about... maybe twice a month also, only on Saturday nights. we don't need much.

Items that are on the list every week are: milk, eggs, yogurt, bread, apples, bananas, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, romaine lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, water, cat food, and cat litter.
Additional items get added depending on what I'm making for dinners for the week or if we've run out of something like cereal or oatmeal, etc. 🙂We go once a week usually. Bread, milk, chicken, vegetables, and bananas are the usual on our list.
