Would you allow your daughter or significant other to work at Hooters? Why or why not?

I know a lot and I mean a lot of people who refuse that to happen. And I have had guy friends become extremely upset when their girlfriends started working or tried to work for Hooters.

Fun fact but while at university that's actually how I made pocket money and afford items I needed for university. I worked there for a semester.

I would not allow my daughter to work there until she was an adult, then it's her decision.
If my SO wanted to work there I would not stop her either. It's her decision to make.

Thanks, and it was just for the fall semester. All my classes were online except one so I had more free time and because of that more parties so I worked part time (Monday through Wednesday) there to have money for university and pocket money. I loved it and it was fun

Why not? It's a job. The guys that get mad are the ones that go there not for the food. They get mad cause if their daughter is there, they can't stare at the women then accidentally stare or flirt with their daughter. If I had a daughter or girlfriend, that would be fine if they work there.

ehhhhh. I might not feel comfortable with a significant other. I can’t just not let someone do something. But I can choose if I feel like I want to be in a relationship with someone.
