I love bagels so that’s what I prefer to eat for breakfast, a majority of the time I’ll eat sandwiches for lunch. For dinner pizza, tacos, burritos, wings. Just about anything

Vegetables, fruits, whole grains, and fat-free or low-fat dairy products. Includes lean meats, poultry, fish, beans, eggs, and nuts.
Coffee and a bunch of random shit. There's really nothing I eat every single day. I wish I could eat hamburgers everyday and not croak early. Maybe I'll make a teriyaki chicken burger with green onions or a Thai curry salmon burger with pineapple.
I very rarely eat breakfast or lunch. I usually just have dinner which consists of either chicken, pasta, pork or sometimes beef. We always have a vegetable, salad and potatoes or rice.
I'm REALLY trying to follow a self imposed Mediterranean diet. I'm talking, beans, couscous, quinoa, tabouleh, mackerel and oils. Its really hard avoiding fried chicken especially when your folks keep buying it for the family.

I don't plan my meals according to a diet chart, I eat what I crave and I think isn't bad for me.
Fruits, vegetable, fish, chicken etc... no red meat, very little dairy, limited salt and sugar.
Why do you avoid red meat?
