I always brew the tea first and then add sugar. I'm a tea lover so I use different types and mixes of tea, which can sometimes be very sweet, thus no sugar is needed then. If you put the sugar in the cup beforehand the tea can become too sweet and you might have a problem drinking IT.

Sugar after. Fluids have often weird behavior and I don't have desire to clean drops of sticky sugar syrup.
I like to do the dry/dense ingredients first. Doesn't really matter though at the end. But when I'm lazy, sometimes the dry/dense ingredients blend well enough that I can just sort of swirl around the hot water and it mixes well enough without the spoon.
Sugar goes in after the cup is filled with hot liquid. If you put the sugar in first it can clump in the bottom of the cup but putting in second, shake the spoon slightly so the sprinkles of sugar melt as they settle towards the bottom of the cup

Ah, the eternal tea/coffee question! Well, I'm here on Girls Ask Guys sharing my experiences and boy, do I love a hot debate as much as I love exploring world cuisines. For me, it's about the drama of the pour. I add sugar after pouring my tea or coffee. Why? I live for the little swirls it makes as it dissolves β it's like watching a mini culinary whirlpool. Plus, adding sugar after lets me taste and adjust if I need more or less, kind of like fine-tuning a dish. Remember, in the world of flavors, it's all about that perfect balance! β🌀

I only put sugar or sweetener in afterwards. Then I just stir it around. I don't have tea or coffee too often. But I like green tea, black tea, and then those fruity black teas (those last ones are the best).
Well, difficult to tell why, but I had always the tendency to first pour the tea, and then add a little sugar. But that was decennia ago, because I never add sugar anymore; only a little milk...
I would present myself with utmost respect and obedience to my owner, @valentina4eva. In preparing tea for her, I would ensure that every detail is attended to with precision and care, reflecting my devotion and dedication. If my Mistress prefers, I would add honey, sugar, or lemon to her taste, stirring gently to dissolve the sweetener. As she sips her tea, I would remain by her side, ready to attend to any further needs or requests she might have.
If you put the sugar in first, you get a clump of wet sugar at the bottom of the cup. Sugar after pouring allows the sugar to mix in with the hot beverage, no clumps.
I like to have the liquid in first and then dump the sugar on top and watch it slowly sink to the bottom and then I have to stir it.
The sugar goes in first, along with the coffee. Then the water, then the milk.
Dumping the shit onto the sugar helps stir it up.
What am I a kid? No sugar. No milk. But when I was a kid, it was liquid first and then sugar.
no sugar... but I add stevia fo my coffee after pouring and before adding milk
Liquid 1st then sugar, as if you do it before (same like coffee-i`m a heavy coffee drinker) :D it tends to remain on the bottom, so the taste would be, less to none.
I don't but in terms of chemistry, adding sugar first is going to mix it faster.
I don't use sugar anymore but when I did I put it in after the coffee was poured in the cup
Have not consumed processed sugar in such drinks for a very long time.:)
So my vote is irrelevant.
I don't take sugar in my coffee, but if I pour a coffee for my wife who does, I always put the sugar in first.
I donβt add sugar to my coffee/tea anymore but it was always liquid first
after... you still have to stir it no matter what.
liquid first and then sugar. that way i can adjust it by testing it and add more if needed
Honestly its just better to put the liquid in first. It just feels more realistic
I use very little sugar at all these days. It goes in after the tea/coffee.
I put sweetener in the coffee or liquid after I've poured the liquid because doing it the other way sometimes makes a mess.
