It depends what the 30 woman is looking for and age bracket. Men date younger and women date up. When men younger they have hard time and try 20-40 then at 30 we start dating down depending. Not all but many. Now extremes past a divide of 10 years is rare. I date 1-10 younger because that's the options. Also if want children definitely woman needs be 34 or younger because I want time to get to know her not race to kids within two year.
