It's a dive bar, so it's not too hard being interesting. But a hot girl kept looking over at me every time I said something, holding her gaze. And when I thought I'd assess the situation before going for it, a guy walked in and hugged her and started talking, but she kept peeking over at me (I was using my peripheral vision). I'm not a meek little wallflower, but I'm pretty calm and controlled, so it's not like I'll bounce around and draw people's eye simply because I'm Mr. Spontaneous.
Why do you think she kept glancing over at me? Cause that happens fairly often, I'll see the classic "something about you interests me" signs, then a guy will appear whom she's obviously with, and she'll keep looking over at me.
