Why does she always take me back?

SO I know this girl, I have a crush on her. she probably knows but I've never actually told her, so she talks to other guys and has kind of made me feel bad in the past, so I try to just let her go, but she always comes back to me. it's never me going back to her, it's always her going back to me, I just start acting different towards her, but she's never gotten mad enough to where she doesn't want anything to do with me, she always takes me back. like I said I have a crush on her, is this may be a sign she cares for me? she's done other things. she's really touchy to me & she tells me she loves me all the time, she's made me take pictures with her, we just get along really good, there's a lot more that's happened since I've known her that I can't remember cuz its been a long time and I'm sick. why is she always the one to come back when I'm trying to drop / let her Go?
