What the hell?
Like HELLO? Did you forget about me?
As a fellow third wheel, I can feel your pain lol. I've been third and fourth wheeled to plenty of events in my life before. Guys ditch out on friends for dates as well as girls lol
What can you do to stop this atrocity?
1.) One option is to go 3rd wheeling with em. Invite them both to go do stuff like going to the zoo, see a movie, or whatever you'd like to do. It's not particularly ideal if you aren't great friends with the boyfriend as well as the girl, because then things can get awkward. Ideally, you'd want to be on friendly terms with the boyfriend as well.
2.) Another option is to plan things ahead of time-- before she can plan things with her boyfriend. This, however, means you can't do things as frequent as you may like since planned events tend to be more rare. You may be able to get her to come alone though (unless she asks the "can my boyfriend come along" question smh). She may have routine dates with her boyfriend (like movie mondays or some crap like that). If you figure out her routines, maybe you can work around it?
In any case, I'd try option 2 and planning things very far in advance. I wouldn't advocate trying to say to her "hey, spend more time with me. You're with your boyfriend all the time!" since that may cause a me-or-him scenario... Which leads to conflict and all that stress. Yuck. Getting a friend to choose between a boyfriend and you always leads the chance of the friend choosing the boyfriend.
I'm afraid the fate of a 3rd wheel is not one so easily escaped :(
You are the only one who actually answered my questioned and understood exactly how I felt. THANK YOU!
You are welcome. I never knew all the times I've beeb third wheeled would come in handy 😂
Hahaha
Make plans with both of them.
It's new. She won't forget her friends but right now it's exciting. New relationships always are.
Actually, it isn't new... She has been dating him for like 3 years now.
Yeah I have the same problem with my best friend. Everyday she spends time with him but not me; so annoying. So I invite her as well as him out on days together - that is the only way :P Then I'm a third wheeler... woohoo... lol
Exactly... I AM SO TIRED OF FEELING LIKE A THIRD WHEEL!
You should talk to her privately and tell her that it is hurting your feelings. She might not realize how you feel.

thats just something you should expect, perhaps its time you get a boyfriend, because the opposite genders are meant for each other we are not really meant to be with the same gender.
I will get a damn boyfriend when the time is right. I don't need one.
im sorry you feel that way, but you will be alone if you dont, especially at your age when there are many guys around who are not taken yet, if you wait too long you will lose your chance.
