Girls, I'm just trying to be respectful. Could I ask y'all sone questions about when women use the men's room?

So in my home town we have a good number of bars. With a lot of bars comes a lot of drinking. With a lot of drinking comes pee. The line for the ladies rooms are usually way longer then the line for the guys rooms so, of course plenty of girls use the guys room. I am just loaded with questions so here are a few:
Is there a particular etiquette to this?
Do I just act the same as I would if the person beside me were a guy?
Is it weird to have a conversation?
Is it weird if, when other guys stare, I stand in front of her so she has a little more privacy?
If there's no wall between the urinal I'm using and the urinal she's using and she checks me out, how should I respond?
How do y'all pee standing up/ use urinals?
What is it like from a woman's perspective to pee in a urinal?
Any examples of times peeing standing up has gone badly for you?
... Hopefully this isn't an overwhelming list of questions. I'm not trying to be a creep here, I'm just a little out of my element.

If a woman were to use the men’s room she would most likely try and use the stall first.
If stall is taken and far to desperate to wait and uses urinal, you’d kinda back yourself up into the urinal to pee. Honestly if you are sneaking in the men’s room to pee and you use the urinal you basically are giving up privacy and can’t expect no one to look, it’s kinda like one of those situations where you are so desperate you don’t care.

I cannot imagine any woman, no matter how drunk, trying to pee standing up in a urinal with a guy standing next to her.
