Everyone I meet describes me as sweet, pure and innocent. I'm not complaining but I haven't got the slightest clue what it is that makes people see this. I'm currently sleeping with my male best friend (complicated but we really like eachother) and one of his friends who knows this was the last person to say it.

Then that's probably it, it's very common to consider someone innocent if they aren't well versed with dirty humor. I know when I make an innuendo/dirty joke to a group and some girl looks clueless I think, "Aw, bless her, she's too innocent!" :P

I'm just saying grown women aren't innocent or at least that isn't a description that gets said to grown women. Same with cute. I'm talking woman in their twenties and over. Words like pretty , beautiful etc are better to describe an adult female

maybe. I find that most people I meet think im older than I am though. some say I look younger than 19 but they think im older because im quite mature, but then the same people who say im mature and seem older also say im innocent too haha

@Sshsjskksksks Well when I was in Japan, sometimes calling a girl 'cute' was considered slightly offensive because it demoted them to something more childish or dumb. For me though it just meant they were sexy in a petite sort of way. I eventually just replaced the word 'cute' with 'beautiful' and I started getting the same responses similar to the ones I got from American women again. That example was sort of due to culture, so...

Strictly American side... it took me a long time to understand the word 'generous' means willing to spend money on her. My male brain perceived the word as more along the lines of helping with house chores or giving her attention.

Um okay. Whatever you like. I honestly do not understand guys who find childish looking girls 'cute' like Asian girls , it just isn't sexually mature I guess. I tend to associate cute with youngish features but not like anything too young looking.
It is considered offensive though bc most women want to be considered grown, not seen as childlike or in need of help. But I guess it is natural for men to want to feel like that.

Well femininity isn't all about being skinny short and baby like features. Plenty of feminine women who are not skinny but not overweight average height and with normal yet cuteish features.

OP pretty much defeated that point of view. Those girls are humans as well. There is nothing inherently innocent or sweet about it. Yeah, she might look certain way, but be sure that she is living being, with all the things.

No, not really. Like…it's context sensitive. Am I guilty of some crime? No, I am innocent (mainly because for committing crime, you have to go out, I don't like that). That is in terms of look a like. Still one can have those traits personality wise. One person can have a sweet naive personality, both guys and girls can.
