So I know this girl for a couple of years now, and she is the sweetest and most amazing thing that has happened in my pathetic life, she really helped me through difficult times even if she doesn't known it. However, I'm an ass**le for the last couple of years I didn't really reply to her a lot I sometimes would even take months, and I blamed myself enough for it, but Gosh! I genuinely didn't mean too I was just too stressed with life. You know.. University, work, extra courses. And we usually reply in huge texts like letters, and I know I should have prioritized her because she is the most valuable in my life. but F*** I didn't mean it. And now her replies are colder or texts not as long as they were she takes a lot of time to reply like a couple days she never did that. I might be overreacting but I really don't want to lose her, if I did that would be my last straw I did literally commit suicide, because I'd never find someone like that again and I really don't to go back to my pathetic life.

I know I should have laid it on her and helped each other out when are stressed, because she used to do that, but I was never the one that was used to do that. I mean I'm just used to deal with stress on my own.
She doesn't reply as fast as usual, and all her texts seem a bit cold. Has she lost interest?
Some guy did the same to me and I started sending short replies and taking forever to respond. It wasn’t because I didn’t care or I had lost interest, it was because I thought HE doesn’t care and has no interest in me! I just didn’t want to seem needy and annoying and I kinda wanted him to think that I don’t care either which was not true but I thought he deserved it! When I did that he sent me a long message and apologized for everything saying he was busy and I told him he had to prioritize me and he said the exact same thing like i dont wanna lose you, I’m lucky to have you. I acted cold, Like I didn’t care but I was just hurt and maybe deep down wanted him to feel what I felt too. So this is my story and it might be the case for her too. Girls love confident guys so if you really like her first you should love yourself, be confident, and never ever think of making suicide. Call her and take her out and say sorry and explain to her how much she means to you. Then set a specific day to hangout every week and spend time together. After apologizing through text and seeing that I didn’t forgive him, he did this, and I ended up forgiving him. Explain to her and make up for everything by being a better friend from now on. It’s not your fault. Life gets really hard sometimes. You just have to explain it to her and she will understand. Her situation sounds a lot like mine and if she is as sweet as you mentioned she will definitely understand. Be happy and confident. It’s not the end of the world. Hope it goes well if you choose to take my advice :)

There's no need to commit suicide over a very common error. Of course she's lost interest. Your response time indicates YOU'VE lost interest. If she were important enough to you, you'd make time. But, it also sounds like this is a long distance relationship. The distance alone makes this difficult. Apologize, tell her you are an idiot for ignoring her, despite what seemed to be mountainous "issues" in your mind and hope she remains your friend. That's the best you can hope for. Treat your new friends better.
She probably lost interest, no need to overreact though.. she’ll probably still talk to you but I doubt she thinks of you as anything more. And there are PLENTY of people out there, and I doubt your life’s that pathetic - you’re in University you’ll find someone else there just concentrate on having a successful life and let the other shit happen naturally.
She's probably distancing herself from you because of your absence. She doesn't want to be as attached to you because she's afraid of you leaving her again. They say "absence makes the heart grow fonder", but that can not be further from true. Prove you care by stablizing yourself as someone who will be there for her instead of leaving her hanging for months.
Stop whining. She may eventually come back. She may just be extra busy or something. If you were that close, this wouldn't change in a heartbeat. Just do your things, give her some time and see what happens.
