If and when you go, you just concentrate of the homework and don't let anything intimate happen between you.
That way you indicate that you are not playing her game and that you are solely at her place to prepare her upcoming exams. In no case should you let her divert you from helping out with what she asked you for.

Most likely she is into you and the exam is an excuse to get some alone time with you. But that's not certain. You'll know when you get there. Is she getting physically close, more than necessary? Definitely into you.
